Mrs. Allen joined the L.L. Coates Staff in 2011. She began her educational career in 2000 in Las Vegas, Nevada as a classroom teacher and then became a school counselor. Mrs. Allen graduated from Ball State University with an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and then received her master's degree in School Counseling from the University of Las Vegas. She is a mom of an 8th grader who attends school in Loudoun County, which keeps her busy. In her free time, she loves to cook, bake, do arts and crafts, organize everything, and spend time with her husband, son, and dogs, Scooby & Rey! |

Mrs. Eagan started working at Coates as a school counselor in 2013. She started her education career as an English teacher for Virginia Beach City Public Schools. She became a counselor in 2000. Mrs. Eagan graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She received her Master's Degree in School Counseling at the University of Tennessee - Chattanooga. She is married and has a son. As a family, they frequently vacation to Florida to enjoy the theme parks, and they enjoy spending time at the beach. |

Mrs. Grady is so excited to join the Coates team this year! She graduated from Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She received her Master's Degree in Social Work from George Mason University. She is married and has two dogs at home. When she is not at the school she is busy training her dogs to become licensed therapy dogs through the AKC. She loves to do art activities, sing, play the guitar, and cook. As a family, Mrs. Grady and her husband frequently vacation to Disney World. They also enjoy traveling the world together. |

Ms.Rohani is a school psychologist and this is her first year at Coates Elementary. She is excited to work with everyone at Coates and to get to know Coates students and families. When she is not at school she enjoys being outside, hiking, and crocheting. |

I am a school counselor and work at a private practice on the side. I am the oldest of six children, love to laugh, be with family and am an avid runner. I went to JMU for undergrad and GW for graduate school where I got a Masters in School Counseling. |
